Meaning

Provider status is red

The provider shows a status red with an incorrect connection to the server, this can either be due to the network connection, authentication server not available or the firewall settings. For more information, see Troubleshooting (Check Internet connection).

Provider status is yellow

The provider is currently not yet connected, as it is stopped and is waiting for a connection. You can initiate the provider by clicking on the "Start" icon.

Provider status is green

With a green status, the Appsbox is connected to the pool proxy and the authentication server and if the user has resources / apps assigned, a number of resources / apps is displayed.

If the status is green and 0 is displayed, the user currently has no apps assigned.
