Volume (in Sound > Volume): If the speakers (OS level) of the client computer is turned off, the OS-volume will be automatically set to 100% when selecting the option Turn on loudspeaker. If this option is not selected, the user will only receive a Sound when the loudspeakers are already enabled.
If the speakers of the computer are already enabled, you can retain the current volume by selecting the option Keep volume otherwise full blast. This prevents that the speakers will be set to 100%. If the loudspeaker are disabled, they still will be set to 100%.
Duration: Here you can set how often or how long a sound file or signal will be played back when receiving the Info. When selecting the option Number, the selected sound will be repeated as often as the value that has been entered in the text field. When selecting the option Minutes the selected sound will be repeated as long as the value entered in the text field.
Please consider that independent from the value of the duration time, the selected sound will only be played back as long as the value of the display time from the respective Info.
