After creating your group surveys you can initiate the surveys all at once within it. Every instance will be added to the group survey's tree node. By expanding the instance itself you can see each survey and it's progress.
To initiate a group survey, select the group survey and in click on Create instance in to toolbar.
This will add a new instance to the group surveys's tree node.
