The Infoserver can be installed and operated on a virtual server-environment. Additionally is Cordaware bestinformed® compatible with Citrix and is certified accordingly for Citrix Ready. The general recommendations and requirements regarding Hardware and Operating Systems also apply to virtual environments.

In most cases, it is generally safe to operate the Infoserver on a virtual server-environment. Yet, when operating a very large Cordaware bestinformed environment ( >10.000 CALs), it is advisable to install the Infoserver on a physical machine.
