With the help of reports, you can get a holistic overview of specific data from the Cordaware bestinformed database.
In the Reports (Extras > Reports) app you will find several reports that have been created according to predefined templates. Reports are always created when you open the Reports app.
You have the option of downloading
all PDF reports or printing
them directly.
In the overview you will find the items Alarm, Alarm location manager, Year summary of history messages and Last 10 active messages.
You will find your alarm computers under the Alarm item. Alarm computers are listed here together with the respective rooms.
Next are your alarm allocations, your alarm allocations are visualized here.
Finally, you will find a list of the last 10 alarm messages.
Under Alarm location manager, you will find the reports “Alarm devices”, “Last 10 alarm messages”, “Manager”, “Mobile devices” and “Watchmen” for your alarm units of the individual organizations. You will also find your active and inactive ALM locations, the ALM relations, all ALM devices, all mobile devices and all ALM locations.
Year summary of history messages
Here you will find a pie chart showing the amount of information in the respective month of a year.
Here you will find an overview of the last 10 active messages. The bar chart shows the number of recipients of the respective info. In this example, the info was received by 9 infoclients.
