Reports enable you to create overviews and diagrams of specific data within Cordaware bestinformed. With the app Reports (Extras > Reports) you can create Reports from current data by selecting one of the templates.
For example, you can create a diagram which displays the amount of recipients from your last ten Infos sent. You can either create a new report with current data or review previously created reports.
Create Report
In order to create a new Report, open the app Reports (Extras > Reports) and click on the button 
(New) in to toolbar.
In this form, enter a name for the Report and select the template from the list below. Select Last 10 messages (diagram), for example which provides an overview of the recipients from the last ten Infos sent.
Click on Save the create the new Report.
Execute reports
To execute a created report and review the results, select the report you want to execute in the list on the left and click on Execute Report in the toolbar.
All executed reports will be added to the template and can be reviewed at any time by selecting them.
