In case of encountering problems with Cordaware bestinformed®, you can download a ZIP archive through the web interface. It contains various debug files, which help to detect and to fix errors in your system.
The archive can be downloaded as follows:
1. Open the App Serverboard (System -> Serverboard)
2. Click on Download Infoserver.zip
3. Download this file through your browser and save it on your device.
Afterwards this archive, in combination with a description of your problem, can be sent to our support (support@cordaware.com), who will help you as fast as possible.
